After three months of searching area Jaguar dealers’ web sites and visiting their dealerships, we have finally purchased our first Jaguar. After doing extensive research on the car, my wife and I decided that a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) with low miles might be a reasonable and practical way to become a first time Jag owner.

You should know that we live only five miles from Reedman Toll, and about 20 from the Great Britains. We could have purchased a car from either one, but it was not until I called your dealership later in my search that I realized I had been wasting my time at Reedman’s (and would have been a fool to purchase one of their Jaguars) and that I would probably be paying more (for less) at the Great Britains. While the Great Britains sales staff and pre owned manager were professional and more than happy to find me a car at auction, John Ervin (Internet Manager) was the only Jaguar consultant who earned our trust. From the moment I spoke and met with John, it was obvious that he was interested in pleasing us by finding a Jaguar that truly represented Select Edition status, and would meet our high and discriminating standards. After a few test drives and passes at cars that did not meet our expectations, John quickly assessed, understood, and worked to meet our criteria. We immediately developed a rapport and relationship with John, and found him to be sincere and trustworthy, as well as committed to helping us find the perfect pre owned car.
